How Mindfulness Can Be Achieved in Everyday Life (Interview)

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Teddy Smith of WCRN Radio in Worcester, MA. While the topics we discussed varied from finding inner peace to following a path of minimalism, one point seemed to take precedence – how to achieve mindfulness in our everyday lives.

In the interview I discuss the ways to incorporate mindfulness into everything we do. One of which is how to set healthy boundaries, find comfort in solitude and not surrender to the fear of the unknown.
