Day 17 of the #30dayyogaliving #yogachallenge is Upavistha Konasana or #wideangleseatedforwardbend in the #Ashtanga Primary Series. In my 18 years of #asana #practice the one thing my teachers and gurujis have noticed is my breathing, or lack therof. I would quickly come into each asana with a little breath here and there, but in this pose I could not force it. ☺️☕️❤️‍♀️
