Day 12 of #ayearofyoga2018 #yogachallenge is Eka Pada Sirsasana or #legbehindthehead Pose in the #Ashtanga Intermediate Series. When I first attempted this #asana I kept toppling over and my leg was too stubborn to stay in place. Then I saw the fabulous #yogatutorial by @kinoyoga and learned that developing strong upper shoulders is a big factor in keeping everything in place. Aha! Most of the time one hip is more open than the other, so #practice is the key word here. ‍♀️☕️
