When I was a little girl I LIVED for #inversions, so I would hang upside down or come into headstands whenever I had the chance. As I got older though, and the infrequency of doing an #inversion in yoga class brought fear into my consciousness. Not good.

Fast forward to 2017… The breakthrough was to stay in the handstand and even move my foot away from #PaultheWall, even for a few seconds. It brought back that childlike enthusiasm I thought I had lost. Whew! ❤️❤️❤️
