We are very grateful for what the practice of Ashtanga Yoga has given us and brought to our lives! We decided to share that with you and have you join us for a challenge focusing on postures in the Ashtanga Yoga Primary series that give us the balance, strength and flexibility we need to face our everyday lives.
Each day we will mention something we are grateful for and invite you to do the same.
You can choose one of the postures listed for that day. All levels are welcomed!
