I’m early for this one! Whoops! ‍♀️ Day 8 of the #HappyYogiHearts #yogachallenge is #Visvamitrasana or #FlyingWarrior Pose. It took a years before I learned how to lift my foot off the ground without toppling over, which is probably why it’s considered an #armbalance as well as a deep #shoulderopener and #hipopener. One day the traditional Ashtanga version of this #asana will come. One day.
