My first crack at a #BuddhaBowl for #MeatlessMonday! Kind of messy since I just threw it together, but it was still delicious!
Ingredients: ✅Baked #tofu marinated in garlic, pepper and liquid aminos
✅ Bean sprouts (raw)
✅ Snap peas
✅ Rice noodles
✅ Broccoli ✅ String beans
Everything except the tofu (which was added at the end) was sautéed together in a wok with sesame oil, hoisin sauce and cayenne pepper.
