The seasons are changing, and as Autumn settles in the Northern Hemisphere there’s a beautiful sea of reds, oranges and browns, and fresh air on your skin and in your hair . .
How do the changing seasons make you feel? Some of us may be feeling a little airy because wind is the element of Autumn! So we bring you some yoga postures to keep you centred and grounded, channelling your energy downward during this season (also good if you’re in Spring now!! ) .
From October 15-24, we will guide you through 10 days of yoga poses designed to root you to the earth, creating a strong yoga foundation. We’ll provide modifications and variations to offer a challenge accessible to everyone.
