Day 1 of the #HipsNHearts #yogachallenge is Hanumanasana aka split. To #warmup for this #asana is extremely important, even if you don’t bring the hips to the floor. Some poses would be Ardha Hanumanasana (half splits), Anjaneyasana (Low Lunge), Utthan Pristhasana (Lizard Pose) and other #asanas that open the hips, stretch the #hamstrings and groin. ☺️‍♀️✨
