Day 5 of the #FreeYourShoulders #yogachallenge in Gomukhasana or Cow Face Pose. This asana opens both the shoulders and the hips, while improving posture as well. Be sure to warm up both areas before coming into this. If your shoulders feel tight, use a strap or even place both hands on your back, not trying to force yourself into it. If your hips feel any pain, feel free to sit in a comfortable position. Be mindful and kind to your body, and it will reciprocate. ☺️
