Sauteed Broccoli and Pinto Beans Recipe – Vegan

Since the widespread news of GMOs have surfaced, more consumers are looking to grow their own food and/or shop for organic products.

As a vegan I am constantly looking for quick and easy recipes that are high in protein, good carbs and are surely filling enough for a full meal.
