@Regrann from @omniyogagirl – At the end of March, we brought you #FoldAndFly – but now, we’re funking up those poses with some fun shape variations in #FunkyFoldAndFly! Whether you want to practice the base asanas, or have fun creating new origami shapes, join us to funk up your fold and arm balance practice!
Each day two hosts will post a variation of the base forward fold, and two an arm balance variation – both base poses related to one another. You can choose which one you’d like to practice (or practice both!). If you prefer, you can see where you’ve come with the base pose – or create your own variation! .
This challenge is open to all levels, beginner to advanced – feel free to take any variation that is appropriate for your practice. We will also post modifications using props like the @infinitystrap and @sangrowheel, and prop-free ideas.
