Day 9 and Week 2 of the #MayWeDoYoga #kundaliniyogachallenge in #AgniPran or #BreathofFire and this brought so much energy to my body. Here are the instructions per the lovely @zemi_zen and I did laugh out loud after this #practice. Love it!

The next portion of the #MayWeDoYoga challenge will REALLY strengthen that belly by stretching the legs out straight in front of you, raised to a 60* angle. Begin Breath of Fire while holding the position. Breath of Fire is powered from the navel point (solar plexus) and the diaphragm is used to pump the navel in and out with each exhale. With time, you will be able to quicken the pace of the inhale and exhale, but keep them equal. There is a quick inhale and quick exhale with no pause between them at the rate of approximately 2-3 cycles per second. Continue for two minutes. When done correctly, your chest will remain relaxed and slightly lifted. Following this abdominal workout, relax immediately into Easy Pose and belly laugh loudly for 1 minute.
